We will take your details and offer you a FREE consultation with a treatment co-ordinator or hair transplant surgeon.

Ask any questions including How is hair transplant done? Are hair transplants safe? Do hair transplants look natural? You are not obligated to confirm treatment or pay for anything during this visit.

Reflect on our proposal and ask any further questions you may have. If you are happy to proceed, we ask for a deposit and book you in for an initial assessment.

This gives our doctors a chance to assess the technical aspects and to plan your treatment. This is particularly important with hair restoration procedures such as FUE or FUT. They will discuss the proposed treatment in detail, go through consent, and explore the cost of hair transplants and payment options. We will make sure every single package is tailored to your specific needs.

If you are traveling from a distance, we may be able to arrange transfers and overnight accommodation. On the day, we will make sure you have everything you need to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. The hair restoration treatment itself is painless after anaesthetic, and as treatments can be long you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal of your choice.

You will leave the clinic with your after care bag and instructions, as well as details of your first follow up appointment.

Regular visits are then arranged around the patient’s timetable and care needs. We aim to perform outstanding hair transplant treatments and to look after you each step of the way.
